1. Overview

By partnering with Fractional Agency, you agree to the terms outlined below. We believe in transparency, fairness, and open communication. Our goal is always to build strong, positive relationships with our clients. If anything here feels unclear, we’ll happily talk it through with you.

2. Services & Scope

Fractional marketing gives small and medium businesses access to senior-level marketing expertise without the cost of a full in-house team.

  • All work will be agreed upon in writing via proposal, quote, or email before we begin.
  • We commit to working within responsible budgets and clear scopes.

3. Ways of Work

3.1 Access to Team

To deliver the best results, we may need access to the right people on your team. This helps us align on priorities and ensure your input is captured along the way.

3.2 Communication

We see communication as the heart of every great partnership. We’ll keep you informed at every step, and we ask that feedback and approvals come back timeously so we can maintain momentum together.

4. Confidentiality

Your trust matters to us. Both parties agree to treat proprietary information as confidential and only share it if required by law.

5. Pricing Structure

All services are quoted based on project scope. Pricing may vary depending on complexity, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Monthly Retainers – custom solutions for ongoing support.
  • Once-Off Projects – quoted per job based on scope.
  • Hourly / Ad-Hoc Work – from R1 750/hour (minimum 1 hour).

Final pricing is always confirmed and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

6. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to book and begin production projects. The balance is due on completion, prior to final file handover.
  • Monthly retainers are invoiced by 20th of every month for month-end payment run.
  • Payments are made via EFT to the bank details provided on your invoice.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative and strategic work, refunds are not provided once work has begun or a deposit has been paid.

  • Before work begins – Full refund of deposit.
  • After work begins – Deposit is non-refundable; partial credit may be considered based on work completed (at FRACTIONAL AGENCY’s discretion).

We aim to resolve any issues quickly and professionally. If something isn’t working, we’ll discuss it and find a fair solution.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers – One calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel.
  • Meetings – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

9. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables become the Client’s property once full payment is received. FRACTIONAL AGENCY may showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or social media unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Reasonable revisions are included in your quote. Additional revisions beyond scope will be quoted and billed at the hourly rate.
  • Communication will be primarily via email or WhatsApp during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm SAST).
  • Messages received outside these hours may be answered the next business day.
